A user of ListAppraise.com engaging in such activities, as solely determined by ListAppraise.com, will have their account deleted with no reimbursement for services purchased.
Submission of any copyrighted material by a registered user to ListAppraise.com, to which the registered user is the copyright holder, is considered written permission from the registered user to ListAppraise.com for use, distribution, modification, and replication of the copyright material.
No user of ListAppraise.com will use any trademark, logo, or content of ListAppraise, except those to which public use has been specifically granted.
ListAppraise.com's owners and operators may, at their sole discretion, change the terms of this agreement at any time, for any reason. Changes to the Terms of Service will be posted here (http://www.listappraise.com/terms-of-service.php) and are effective immediately upon posting. ListAppraise will attempt to provide email notification to all registered users of changes to the Terms of Service. A registered user acknowledges and agrees that usage of the ListAppraise.com website after changes have been made will be acknowledgement and agreement to the new Terms of Service.
